My favorite thoughts

As far as we know, human beings are the only species that can think about what we think about.

It’s a privilege.

For us, over thinkers, it doesn’t always feel like a privilege, but when we learn the skill of thinking on purpose, thinking becomes our superpower.

It becomes THE tool that creates our life intentionally.

What’s going on in your head? It’s important.

Our internal world is always creating our external world.

Your Mindset is dictating your life whether you believe it or not.

When we first get this, it’s pretty exciting.

What?! My thoughts create my results. Then I will just think of whatever I want.

I’m gonna make a million dollars!

Right. If it were that easy, we would all be millionaires.

It’s a little more complicated than that.

You see, you have a very clever brain.

And if your brain doesn’t believe your thought, it goes nowhere.

That’s why repeating positive affirmations doesn’t work.

But there are tools and techniques to help you get into belief so you can take action to create the million dollars.

One way I help my clients find beliefs that serve them is to imagine trying on a thought like a piece of clothing.

How does it fit? What does it feel like on your body?

We might see a great outfit on someone else and love it, but when we try it on for ourselves, it just doesn’t feel right.

How do we know when we are in belief? By the way it feels in your body.

Close your eyes. Think the thought. How does it feel in your body?

Comfortable, cozy, open, light, energizing, warm = Belief.

Or

Tight, tense, closed, hot, draining, or you simply feel nothing at all = Unbelief.

You will know by the feeling if that thought works for you or not.

Feel free to try on some of my favorite thoughts.

Some of them might be a perfect fit.

Some might need to be altered, and some will not feel good at all.

But they are my favorite because they help me live my best life.

  • Everything always works out for me.

  • Love is always the best option.

  • I’m only responsible for my thoughts, my feelings, and my actions.

  • We do the best that we know, and when we know better, we do better.

  • Nothing has gone wrong.

  • I am deeply loved and accepted.

  • The world longs for what I have to offer.

  • I can do hard things.

  • Worry serves no purpose.

  • I don’t have to do anything.

  • I always have a choice.

  • No one else can make me happy. That’s my job.

  • What I look for, I will find.

  • I love to love.

  • Everything in my life happens for me.

  • I have enough. I’ve done enough. I am enough.

  • What others think about me is always about them. (Good or bad)

  • We are all born worthy and lovable. That can never change.

  • What others do is about them and what I do is about me.

  • My worth is not defined by what I do or don’t do.

  • God has it covered. I can rest in Him.

  • I don’t have to know how.

I choose to believe these thoughts because they make me feel love, peace, ease, and empowered.

When I feel those emotions, I show up as my authentic self.

I love. I serve. I create. I enjoy life.

Who is your authentic self?

How do you want to show up to your life?

What are some of your favorite thoughts?
