What’s it like to feel free to be yourself?

Can you remember?
Life has a way of slowly pressing our authenticity out of us.
We begin full of uniqueness — expressive, curious, unapologetically ourselves.
Then comes school. Comparison. Judgment. Expectations.
And little by little, we start to quiet the parts of us that feel “too much,” “too different,” or “not enough.”
We begin to hide the very things that made us beautifully us.

But if we want to live intentionally, if we want to create a dream life that is truly our own, we have to reconnect with her.
We have to awaken that beautiful soul within and create safety for her to come forward again.
So, before we can know what we truly want, we have to understand why, otherwise we end up chasing things that were never meant for us.
And that “why” is rooted in who we really are.
So who are you — really?
Here are a few thoughtful questions to help you come back to yourself.
Grab a warm cup of tea, your journal, maybe put on some soft music, and spend a little quiet time reconnecting with you.
• What do you spend most of your money on? What are you budgeting for? When you think about wanting more money, what do you honestly want to use it for?
• What do you spend most of your time thinking about? In moments of stillness, what subjects naturally come to mind?
• In social settings, what do you find yourself talking about most? What topics light you up?
• Imagine your ideal day. What would it include to bring you the most joy?
• If you could treat yourself to something special today, with no financial constraints, what would you do?
• Think about your Pinterest boards, saved Instagram folders, and screenshots. What are you consistently saving? What themes do you notice?
• What do you love learning about online? What are you researching, reading, or watching?
• Think back to childhood. What did you love? What games, books, activities, or places felt magical to you?
• When you dream about the future, what do you see? What experiences, people, or environments come to mind?
• What makes you feel most alive?
Have fun with this.
There are no right answers.
And absolutely no judgment allowed.
Just curiosity.
Just remembering.
Just coming home to yourself.
And if something stirs… if you uncover a truth, a longing, or a quiet knowing you hadn’t fully acknowledged before… I would love to hear about it.
I feel most alive in deep, meaningful connection.
Your revelations matter.
Your desires matter.
You matter.
I’m here, cheering you on as you come back to yourself.
