Now that you’ve decided what your December will look like, here’s how to get it done.
It starts with intention.
Creating intention is a great way to direct your brain so it can work for you.
This might seem like one more thing to do, but with practice it should only take about ten minutes and it will save you so much time in the long run.
Imagine being in a hurry to get somewhere you’ve never been before.
You jump in your car and think, I don’t have time to set the GPS.
This never ends well.
Intention is our brain’s GPS.
You’ve never lived this day before so you must tell your brain exactly where you are going and how you will get there. This is how we work smarter not harder.
The following are the steps I take each morning to create my day and move toward my goals from a place of peace and ease.
I start by acknowledging and celebrating my previous day’s accomplishments.
Please don’t skip this step!
This is so important in order to train your brain to do what you tell it to do.
You have to give your brain a reason to like sticking to your daily plan.
Find the success first and actually FEEL good about it before moving on.
When you feel better, you do better!
🖊 This step alone can change your life but if you would like the rest of the steps, click HERE to download the worksheet that I use with my clients. My gift to you!
Try doing this for thirty days. You will be well on your way to rewiring your brain and sticking to your plan as well as “getting it done.”
If you have any questions just hit reply and ask away.
I hope you have a peaceful and productive week!
