Mindset is my life’s work

Updated: Jul 5, 2021

Here’s why:

When my children were born, I inherently knew that my calling was to break the generational patterns of scarcity thinking, addiction, and domestic violence that have been passed down in our family.

That was 25 years ago.

I didn’t know how I would do that.

But I didn’t need to know how.

I just needed to believe it, feel it, and keep taking action until I accomplished it.

None of us know how to do anything until we do it.

But because I believed so deep down in my bones that I wanted a better life for my children and myself, I kept trying, failing, learning.

If I had had all the mindset tools then that I have now, it wouldn’t have taken me 25 years.

But it did, and I’ve done it.

And now I can share the how with you.

I did it by building a loving, respectful relationship with myself.

And I did that by becoming aware of and changing my thoughts about myself.

Our relationship with ourselves is the foundation for everything.

If you have ever felt deep down in your bones that you were meant for more,

This, I believe, is the most important thing I can share with you.

Invest in yourself. Invest in your brain. It is the most valuable asset that you have.

It took me a long time to figure this out.

But investing in myself led me to a life that I am so grateful for.

And it just keeps getting richer, fuller, and more meaningful.

This is our life’s work. This is how we serve the world.

You will never hate yourself thin or hate yourself into financial prosperity, or hate yourself into managing your time better or being a better mom or whatever it is that you want.

I’ve tried.

It might work for a while, but it doesn’t last.

Actual change only comes from deeply healing your relationship with you.

It is the most unselfish thing you can do for your loved ones and for the world.

Because when you build that loving relationship with yourself, you will shine.

And you will begin to serve by offering the world your unique gift that no one else can.

The world is waiting for you.
