There’s nothing magical about January first.
You can create and accomplish a goal whenever you decide.
You can stop and start as many times as it takes.
And we can and should talk about goals all throughout the year.
So how are those New Year's Resolutions going?
Research shows that only 9% of people accomplish their goals, and most give up by the middle of January.
There are even more of us who never even start.
How about you?
There’s no shame. The numbers show us what’s common.
But if there’s one thing I know about you, it’s that you are not common.
You know you are made for more.
You want real, sustainable change that will lead to an extraordinary life.
A resolution is a decision to change something in your life.
So why is it so hard for the 91% to create change?
Simply because brains hate change.
No one told you your brain is wired to resist change.
No one told you your brain is actively working against you.
No one told you this is perfectly normal.
When you don’t know this, you tell yourself it's your fault, you’re lazy, disorganized, a procrastinator, and you’ll never change.
It feels too hard, and anyway, you don’t have the time, the energy, the money, the know-how, etc.
Maybe just forget it. Maybe next year. Maybe never.
The world tells you, just do it or try harder.
But that rarely works.
Taking action without changing your thought patterns leads to burnout and quitting.
Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.”
If you want change, you must learn to think differently.
This is the secret of the 9%.
There is a way to unlearn the thought patterns that create the feeling of hard.
It’s how I moved out of chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and into a life of peace and ease.
YOU can accomplish YOUR goals from a place of peace and ease and create a new normal.
I take my clients through a process that creates awareness of the thought patterns that hold them back from accomplishing their goals.
Then I teach them how to train their brains to work for them so they can;
Accomplish more in less time
Work less and earn more
Enjoy their marriage, kids, and friends
Succeed in life from a state of calm and peace
Laugh more
Sleep better
Stop worrying
Stop people-pleasing
Make confident decisions
Stop being stuck and move forward in confidence
Stop judging themselves and others and start loving unconditionally
Be more you and offer more of your beautiful self to the world
I don’t do hard anymore, and with the right tools, you don’t have to either.
My big goal last year was to double my income, increase the value I offer, and work less.
I did it by changing the way I think.
What do you want this year?
Don’t give up. I’m here to support you.
